what i ate wednesday: veggie pasta plate

turkeypasta

whole wheat pasta
spring salad mix
green peas
lentils
avocado
mushrooms
sun-dried tomato
turkey meatballs
all sauteed in truffle oil followed by pouring tomato sauce over the entire concoction and simmering until ready to serve. finished it off with a bed of parmesan. not only delicious but filling & so healthy!
